Heavy Plant Training Courses.

All employers have a legal responsibility under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 to provide adequate information, instruction and training for all of their employees before allowing them to use any type of work equipment. This also applies to supervisors or managers who oversee the use of work equipment as laid down in the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER).

DTS-Scotland Ltd are able to assist employers by offering a series of nationally recognised training courses which are designed to meet all of the current health and safety requirements. All powered access licenses that we issue are accepted by the major contractors group (MCG).
